I have been in this shop often.all the staff are very friendly and polite.cant do enough to help especially Ruben and jade.went in the shop a total stranger. Now we're good friends 🧡 if they don't stock the items your looking for just ask I am sure they will try there best to get them for you.x

Went in to collect a parcel. The guy behind the counter was on his phone, seemed personal call. The messy cupboard with parcels in was wide open and easy access for anyone to get to, and the guy told me to look for my parcel in the messy cupboard. Once I found it I needed to tell him the code, by this point he finally put his phone down saying "I'll call you back in a minute, maye. Got a customer". Then helped me out. Shocking and so unprofessional.

The staff are nice and helpful, the only problem with this shop is it’s a little expensive. Every item I’ve ever bought from there cost more than the same product in the shop round the corner. The staff are nice though especially the girl who is from Thornaby.
