This store is absolutely amazing. Two beds ordered and delivered and assembled in 2 weeks. The man in the shop was so helpful with good advice on what mattress we needed and the beds were delivered on our chosen date. Cannot praise him enough.
After moving into a new flat and needing everything from a sofa to x3 beds and mattresses, I visited this furniture shop in Thornaby and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Same-day delivery made the entire process stress-free (which included bringing the stuff directly to the rooms and set up, packaging removed and taken away), made this incredibly convenient. Kris was exceptional—professional, friendly, and remarkably patient with my two young boys, handling everything with genuine warmth and understanding. The pricing was very competitive and, importantly, did not compromise the quality in any way. This was customer service at its best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them
Bed was delivered same day and put together, amazing service and quality couldn’t recommend anywhere else.
