Purchased a property last year and the landlord has given me all the document ( invoice) to me during the sale. When I had an issue with door I have tried to contact them and they were not helpful to discuss the warranty with me ( as I was not the one purchased door from them) Hopeless company. I have even contacted the Door manufacturer Door Stop International and they were also not ready to discuss the warranty with me. Hopeless service
