Bought 2 12 piece dinner sets priced at £39 each. Rings it up at over £100 then tells me it should be that price but will reduce to £78. Then won't give me bags, I had to get an M&S trolley! Procook York didn't have an issue when I bought the same sets and gave me packets to carry them. Shocking service!

Returned some faulty crockery and although the manageress could do with a course in customer service I must add that the young lad who served us ( Ted I think) was very polite, understanding and made sure we left with what we needed.

We went to Pro Cook this weekend and we had an excellent customer experience. All the team members were lovely - James looked after us he was top class very informative not pushy, professional and polite best customer service we’ve had in a long time. Thank you James.

Good friendly service,good quality equipment for the kitchen. Prices to suit most pockets. I have replaced all my kitchen tools over the last few weeks. Not the top end but plenty good enough for my level of cooking.

Buyers beware! Everything about the knives in the shop denotes references to Japan and being Japanese even the £999 knife set but look closer and you'll see they're just cheap Chinese knives with cleverly worded packaging to fool the customer into thinking they're genuine Japanese knifes. Their website doesn't mention Made on China but the packaging does in tiny writing at the bottom in a font colour not much different than the background.
