By far best customer service in the industry, I've spoken with Tom on WhatsApp and despite the item was unavailable on the website he helped me to preorder my gun anyway. He has been super helpful with my many questions. Product delivered the day after thet went back in stock. Super fast and super reliable. Definitely i won't use any other shop in the future but them :) 10/10 service 10/10 gun

I bought an airsoft gun for my partner for Christmas during the Black Friday sale. When I received it there was some slight cosmetic damage which is no fault of bz tactical but I was fussy and wanted to return and get a replacement. Bz tactical were so helpful and had no problem with me sending it back and getting another. I must of sent so many emails and they were so kind, helpful and always responded in no time. I think you're a great company and thank you so much for your help.

Purchased a tm breacher which arrived on Friday, returned it the same day as this was faulty. Bz handled this well but another product from them was faulty and fell in half ie wolverine carbon barrel. BZ wouldn’t refund me as I didn’t keep the clear packet and cardboard top it came in. They wanted to take off a percentage. Wouldn’t buy from these guys again, Got a resolve as they could get packaging from wolverine for the faulty product parts

Bz tactical are fantastic! Provided excellent service throughout my purchase. I bought a RIF from them and out of the box there was a couple of issues. I contacted bz and they couldn’t have done more to help. Returns label was sent out while I was still on the phone to them and they sent out a replacement RIF which arrived to me less than a week of me sending the faulty one back and the new one works perfectly. The service was incredible and it will be the only place I shop for airsoft equipment from now on. Thank you BZ Tactical
