They did a really fantastic job resizing my engagement ring. You can barely tell it has been altered. Was difficult to part with it for 10 days, but definitely worth it. Great value for money service.

As a customer who has spent over £1000 here this guy massively exploited me out of over £500 pounds worth of jewlwry, and lied to me when I asked about buying it back because I told him I felt exploited. They told me the very unique piece of opal necklace with rose gold that was for sale was not mine, it's on the shelf and he wouldn't give me the chance to buy it back, even at a nearly 400% markup, DO NOT USE THIS STORE! THEY EXPLOIT THE VUNARABLE OF THERE OWN TOWN!

I would not recommend using this jewellery shop for repairs of any gold jewellery. He quoted me £60 to replace a damaged clasp on my bracelet, when I collected my bracelet he wouldn’t return my damaged clasp to me. The damaged clasp was quite chunky must have been worth something for scrap 9ct gold.
