Made to wait in queue for a click and collect. Fine no problem. Stock not checked while I was queuing. Got to the counter and was told my order was able to be picked as the item was not in store at all despite the website saying available in stock. Don’t really have the time to waste around Christmas so not too happy. Added a star as people were nice enough.

Went in today as my bracelet had broken to see if I could get it replaced. The girls in the store were brilliant, so helpful and patient. I will definitely be coming back.

Gabby was brilliant in helping my husband and I choose a suitable alternative engagement ring for times when I am unable to wear my normal ring She had a brilliant attitude, was very friendly and approachable and is a credit to the store

Me and my boyfriend went into Pandora today to get an engraved necklace for my 21st birthday. We were served by Gabby she was amazing so friendly, perfect customer service!
