Diesel always 7 to 8p a litre more here than Shell at Stewart’s Park !!! Taking Post Code Pricing to new levels. The people of Ingleby and Thornaby should boycott it until it brings its prices to more close to other Shell garages !!!

There attitude is quite horrible I went in the other day whilst serving me I noticed no please or thank you they just throw your Change at you they are migrants from shirilanka definitely the rudest and most miserable staff I have seen if they are to integrate into British society they definitely need to learn basic manners and work on there customer service skill’s because customer service should be an Important aspect of any business maybe the staff should do a level 1 and 2 in customer service skills and learn haw to interact and be nice to the customers and don’t think your staffs behaviour is not being noticed maybe others don’t speak out and just choose to ignore them but I am an example of a customer who is expressing my concerns

Girl behind the counters attitude was rotten. Asked if they had any disposable masks that I could use and got a load of attitude saying its not their responsibility to provide one. I'm aware of that and only asked as I'd forgotten mine. Attitude is absolutely rotten.

Stopped here for a takeout Costa coffee. Small, well stocked shop, selling all the essentials and friendly staff. They sell fuel and they gave a car wash.

The staff are Great and the petrol station is always clean Great service off all the staff Shell should be proud of the staff . The only bad thing is price of fuel so could shell please drop the prices
