A Honest Review 1st time here to get my mums dog wash and cut and I can't praise them enough such an excellent job done. Would highly recommend, very friendly and superb service.

Great vets, great reception staff, have looked after both our dogs since they were puppies. They always take time even if we're just there for vaccinations! Scott yesterday did the best ever kennel cough vaccination for our sensitive nosed Dave & for the first time he didn't get stressed at all! Tail still wagging as we left 😊

Very poor example of dog grooming!! my dog got groomed today and unfortunately he has been butchered! He is incredible short on his main body which i didn’t ask for and he is poorly shaped (if shaped at all) where in some places he has patches of being nearly down to the skin. His head is poorly shaped and incredible uneven. The staff were shown a photo to go off and were told the fur to be half the length of what it was, with short ears, and shaped all over. I think this a poor example for £55. Updated *** I have spoken to the groomers in which they have said when he left he looked “neat and tidy” and sent me a picture. I this picture there is a clear bald patch to his back leg. I have been offered to have any “minor imperfections” fixed however i do not understand how a bald patch is ‘minor’ or can be fixed ? i do not now feel comfortable taking him back somewhere with such poor standards. Also there are only 63 google reviews, 9 of which are 1 star reviews!

Great shop for all your furry pet needs. Friendly, approachable staff. Great range of foods and toys for dogs and cats. Their rabbit and guinea pig ranges are also well stocked. I've bought small aquarium ornaments for tarantula and reptile enclosures, however there isn't much of a range for reptiles at this store (sadly). Their grooming services are also great. Staff take good care of the animals, minimise stress and are very accommodating. My Chihuahuas like to be cuddles when having their nails clipped, the lady took care of them quickly and carefully without any issues.
