I was in this morning around 9.30 am with my son asking for help to set up Apple ID. The lad assistant just didn’t want to know and said you have to phone apple. Nothing to do with us. However the lady assistant sorry I didn’t get her name just helped us straight away without problem. She was absolutely great!! Friendly and very knowledgeable. What great customer service but what a difference between assistants. I have been wit EE for years now and usually don’t need help but did on this occasion. Please give her some recognition from us. There were no more customers in the shop so she will remember. Thanks again

Laura and the team were amazing in store after an awful expirance in virgin store, I went to EE to get my broadband sorted the service was quick easy and everything was explained to me in person so I understood everything that we were going through, would recommend.

EE Teesside Park still yet to rectify 2-months of overpayments, caused by them failing to complete the switch from Virgin Media (as advertised). My elderly father has been repeatedly fobbed off (having revisited multiple times) with empty promises of discounts after this issue and is now being told the staff in store cannot do anything about it. Do not trust a word they say - look elsewhere for broadband, TV and mobile packages.

Was in this store a couple of days ago and did not know what I was looking for or even how to describe it. I was helped by Amy who clearly saw my state of panic and came straight over to help me, she was informative and lovely with me she spent a long time explaining things too me and that I was happy with what I chose in the end. She took her time did not rush me and did not show any annoyance whatsoever making me feel comfortable and respected. I will always be going back to Amy for advice and help as her friendly and supportive manor really made the whole experience feel so much better for me.
