I was reluctant to make the 5 hour round trip at first incase they didn’t have a cue to suit me, I’m so glad I did! There was over 2,000 cues in stock, the staff were extremely accommodating (and patient with me testing over 20 cues), the practice facilities are exceptional and the staff were very experienced & went out of their way to help. Really happy With my VR Cues V-Spec 1864. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey next time I need a cue

Fantastic! Great service and knowledge from Stu and his team, catering for beginners to professionals, we spent a good 3-4 hours testing out various cues on the 2 snooker tables pictured. It was a 250 mile one way trip for our group, and we enjoyed our time there with a few purchases to end the day. No doubt will be back again in the next couple of years, highly recommended for any snooker fan.

What an amazing place, I visited today. I'm a novice and wanted to treat myself to a new cue with some birthday money. The staff were so knowledgeable. The whole process was so relaxing and easy. I was given a cue stand and allowed to choose any amount of cues from the walls, (as I wanted and at my own pace) the staff don't follow you, or bother you (they'd be straight there if you needed them) but I don't like hard pressure selling, or being watched. Honestly this was the perfect experience. I can see why people drive hundreds of miles to get here... I feel so lucky to be just 10 minutes away. The selection of cues is phenomenal... And I was allocated a table to try the cues on for however long I wanted. Spent almost 2 hours testing cues before buying. I can't recommend this place highly enough, I'd give it 10🌟's if I could... Thanks so much.

Bought a full ash shaft Vanquish, titanium tip, with rosewood and maple veneers after an email conversation with Stu, who was more than helpful in selecting an amazing cue. The cue then flew half way around the world and landed safely in Dhaka. Truly one of a kind service and the cue is easily the best I've played with. Stu even fitted a new tip and gave a couple of spares for good measure. I wish GBL the very best in their endeavors.

I originally purchased a cue that unfortunately developed a crack at the butt due to very dry weather conditions in Canada. Green Baize handled the situation professionally, replaced the cue, and covered all shipping costs. They truly honored the guarantee on their website. Excellent service and highly recommended.
