Charger received to day but damaged in transit - top of one of the retaining lugs broken off- see photo. Battery sits on the charger and managed to charge it as totally drained, but if other lug breaks I doubt it will do the job properly. John Parr I have updated my initial rating following a very speedy and positive response from the company who are replacing the item immediately.

Very good and efficient service - I ordered the wrong battery - (entirely my fault), but very easy service to return the wrong one, which was quickly refunded, and a helpful link to the correct one helped me reorder easily, and this arrived very quickly

Had a small problem with the item I ordered, customer service Rep: Steve Sheasby took ownership of the problem, and immediately sent new item. Superb company with the right personnel to deal with. Strongly recommend them. Well done team.

Orderd some speaker stands. Great quality, just what I needed. Fast delivery, and very good and polite communication when I asked a question regarding despatch. Overall, very impressed with the service. Will definitely use again.
