I can't give them minus negative star unfortunately. First they said due to system issue rooms were incorrectly booked. But when I contacted booking.com they changed story. After going back and forward for more than 2 hours they could not process payment and rejected booking.I used two different cards from two different banks but no success I contacted the banks to clarify why it is not going through they said it kept rejecting my payment. Very poor service. You can't even make cash payment at property. Finaly booked with travelodge within 2 minutes by using same card. Booking.com is useless to help in this situation.

Mary's extremely kind , she fills the apartment with lovely cute touches . Apartment was spotlessly clean . We had a lovely night here thank you Mary xxx

Perfectly OK for an overnight break whilst on a business trip. Property is being renovated, but it was perfectly serviceable for what was needed. Full kitchen facilities were available, but I did not use them. Lots of eating places and supermarkets nearby,

Mary was very welcoming and cheerful. Room for a double was allright but for the third one bed was not comfortable but still good for the price. You can use the kitchen which is very helpful and also use the fridge. We had to share the bathroom it was okey for short turm

The lady is called Mary, honestly I’ve been to a lot of hotels The hospitality I was given in there was not normal. I felt at home away from home. Really clean n lovely warm. Very good I really in-house my sleep. Nice n quite That’s why I often tend to stay there.
