Room 7. Not suitable for 2 adults on a 5 night stay. No service at all. Location, too far out of town. Toilet seat reported as broken but not replaced, room too small for double bed and a chair. Could not plug kettle in without extension lead. Had to move bed to open window. Concrete tankers filling up just outside window. No kitchen and could not find lounge. Left after 4 nights. Cheap but not great.
This was a last minute booking but what a find! The room was fantastic and the use of the communal area was very nice! I couldn't recommend this highly enough, Gary is a great host! Just superb 5*.
Lovely clean comfortable room for a very reasonable price,nice modern shower room,tea and coffee facility in room and decent sized tv,no complaints at all,the landlord Simon goes above and beyond to help highly recommended for those on a budget.
Such a lovely warm welcome from Simon, room was double with en-suite, bed was very comfy and room was incredible clean, if you are looking for good clean cheap accommodation this place is perfect, couldn’t recommend highly enough,
Great find.......great little place,the room was nice and spotless....and a nice vibe to the place.....Gary was friendly and would recommend 100 per cent.....
