John came out the same morning as my call and sorted out a difficult lock replacement professionally and quickly. I was delighted with the work at a fair price. He was also a very amiable guy. Would use again without question.
Was at our house within an hour. Explained possible issues and was upfront about cost which was very reasonable and within 2 working days had sourced and fitted a new double glazed panel in our back door which had been smashed making sure we were safe. Excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
I would highly recommend this company. I contacted them this morning as our door would not open. He was able to diagnose this issue quickly and fixed the door within a couple of hours of the initial phone call. Also looked at another door for us and sorted the issue there. Good fair price and excellent work. Really appreciated him completing the work at short notice.
John was excellent in sorting out front door, he was very clear on the fee for the work and was able to sort the issue for us. He was also very helpful in suggesting long term solutions to the issues
