Loved doing transform 14 lbs challenge at elite.. I’ve tried it here before and always get the best results. I lost 14.3 lbs in 28 days for a fully refundable challenge and I’m so glad I did it the results are fabulous.. I loved all the trainers especially Donna she’s a babe
🚨WILL NOT REFUND MONEY AFTER TAKING OUT OF BANK WITHOUT CONSENT🚨 my problem started signing up for this gym. Asked to bring cash in to sign up for membership and promised this wouldn’t be taken out of my bank and it was took via direct debit, took me weeks and weeks to get my money back. Won a free month on a raffle and would not have got it if I didn’t keep reminding them and didn’t get it for a while so ended up getting 2 months as an apology (that’s how long it took). Account was put on freeze due to pregnancy and was meant to froze until I returned back but was only froze for 2 month and then direct debit was paid for 2 months until I realised so rang to get it froze again and enquire a refund.. was told will get 2 months free on returning. ANOTHER 2 month was paid via direct debit so that’s £196 of MY money they have whilst on maternity and I can’t get an answer via email like I was asked to send in to receive refund. I will not stop outing these people for being so rubbish regarding their finances until I receive my money back.
I previously gave five stars, but after 6 months of not being given my refund, I have had to change my review to reflect my experience. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.
🚨🚨🚨DO NOT DO ELITE IF YOU THINK YOU WILL GET YOU MONEY BACK 🚨🚨🚨It has been over 5 weeks and they have still not sent over a refund. They ignore calls messages and emails once you finish just hoping you will just forget about it. 🚨🚨🚨 Edit due to recent experience ⬆️⬆️⬆️ Amazing place to kick start your weight loss journey. Just what I needed after having twins. I lost 15.8 lbs in 28 days. The coaches give me the encouragement when I needed it most.
I have recently completed the 28 day kickstart lose 14lbs challenge and lost 17lbs! The food plan was easy to follow and the instructors were fantastic! If you are wanting that push to lose weight then I highly recommend joining.
