Matts a really great PT really easy to follow and explains things really well. He knows exactly how hard to push you and what your limits are and how to get you past them 10/10 recommend 💪🏻

I’ve been with Matt for over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for 1-to-1 training. My fitness levels have never been better. I’m stronger, more confident and self defence knowledge has been massively improved. Matt also takes the time to educate each session - Covering all things nutrition, workouts and stretches etc. Matt’s turned from just a trainer to a great friend who puts you through your paces. Just what I needed!

Been attending sessions with Matt and David for well over a year now and the results are fantastic. Lost a load of weight, built muscle, feel fitter and stronger, and the self defence I learn with Matt really helps with my mental focus too. 100% recommend these guys.

I really couldn't recommend FIT more Both Matt and David are so approachable and knowledgeable. They are passionate about what they do and really root for you to meet your fitness goals, celebrating each little win with you. They are also brilliant at adapting sessions around injuries

Highly recommend MRPT. I first went to Matt a couple of years ago and did a winter of conditioning work to help me improve triathlon. It made a real difference to my performance, plus trying to hit Matt during pads sessions was a real stress reliever : ) Lost 2 years through injury and work but started with David this summer. Another great guy who seems to know how to get the best out of me. Provided great support through lockdown 2, monitoring my training through the App, encouraging and communicating throughout. Keep the great work going guys.
