Best gym in Teesside. Everything you need, pt’s are exceptional and so friendly! Gym 22 is more like a family that support each other through your journey than a regular gym. I won’t train anywhere else now!

Now, if I ever created my own gym, it would look like this! Aesthetically pleasing, high quality, functional equipment, wanting for nothing and a very familial feel within. Gavin clearly knows how to pick the best from a minefield of fads and his knowledge shows greatly. Not to mention his networking and advertising skills are tip top! This is my new home for the next 3 months at least and a great place to start back training after almost 3 months completely off! Highly recommended 👍
