These four lovely self-catering cottages are located between the beautiful and expansive North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Set around a lawned courtyard garden these well-equipped cottages have been sympathetically converted from former farm buildings and retain many of their original beams and exposed brickwork. 

Situated in peaceful countryside but only three miles from the attractive market town of Northallerton, these traditional cottages provide a relaxing holiday retreat in a comfortable environment. The cottages are equipped and furnished to a high standard (exciting refurbishments are planned for 2018) and are prepared and maintained by the new owner Jane Barrett & family who live in the adjacent farmhouse.  

The cottages are ideally located for you to explore our vibrant and dramatic North East coastline, the vast array of historical stately homes, abbeys and ancient castles scattered across our region, beautiful cathedral cities such as York and Ripon and quaint market towns that are steeped in history and local traditions. Northallerton itself is a busy thriving market town with a vast array of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Hill House Farm Cottages offer a warm and cosy place for you to plan all of your sight-seeing, cycling or walking adventures.
