Ok, this car park does get quite crowded in general. But I believe this happens due to the car park being located near and around 1) Morrisons 2) leisure centre and 3) the town hall area in general. It does become empty at random times ( no general pattern noticed )
Large free car park but still gets very full and cam take a while to find a space. Plus it's on a hill
Tarmac surface, white lines, entrance and exit: this is parking the Marley Way.
No family parking spaces
Not very safe
