Tockwith Airfield

Had a great day overall. Seemed well organised as you're waiting to be called for your drives. One of the instructors was very curt and snappy though which I found a bit intimidating - the others were all lovely and put me at ease. Found the track a bit short - one lap takes less than a minute, and the track can get busy with the amount of cars out at the same time. Then out of the four cars I drove they didn't have the in-car video for two of them, so was given a discount for other photos/videos because of it. A great day, but could have been better.

Visited car heros today for a prebooked driving experience. Arrived at 1.30pm as stated in the email, it was a freezing cold day and I didn't get in the driving seat until 2.45pm. Very chaotic shouting your name to then sit in the seat with the writing on of the car your going to drive. 3 laps, in under 3 minutes, was told not to let the car rev to high as its a cold day, what!!! This is a driving experience, isn't it? What I experienced was unorganised. Then it's just pressure selling, 10 quid for a sighting lap, 10 quid for a passenger in the hot lap, where the driver then tries to pressure you into paying another 10 quid for another 40 second lap. Then you take your sd card into the trailer where they again try pressure sell you pictures and videos. I did enjoy the driving, but being there for over 90 minutes for literally 3 minutes worth of driving was not enjoyable. It all felt very pushy, the parking at York is also £2 which you aren't told about before hand and the damage waiver if £34 stings when that was more than the experience itself. I attended a driving experience at Car Chase on 26/10/2025 in Tockwith (York), and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The instructor Jason, who was assigned to the Dodge Hellcat, shouted at me constantly, repeatedly asking "What are you doing?". At one point, I honestly wanted to stop the car and get out. I'm a driver this is what I do for a living - yet he treated me with utter disrespect, aggression, and unprofessionalism. His attitude made the entire experience stressful and ruined what was supposed to be fun and exciting Later, I drove the Rush Mustang, and the instructor Mark was also unprofessional and unfriendly. He ignored all my questions and showed no interest in providing a proper driving experience. After waiting months and paying over £100, I left completely disappointed, stressed, and frustrated. I had been looking forward to this for months, but instead, your instructors' behavior turned it into a humiliating and unpleasant experience. If anyone from management team reads this, I strongly advise you to review the video from 26/10/2025 around 13:10 (name: Gabriel) - it will clearly show how disrespectful and unprofessional your staff were. Nobody every shouted at me in that way. This is unacceptable behavior for paying customers, especially those who have waited months for this experience. If you are a Dodge fan, do not waste your money or time with this company. The level of unprofessionalism here is shocking. I can confidently say that Everyman Racing and Drift Limits are far more professional, friendly, and respectful - they know how to make a driving experience enjoyable rather than stressful and humiliating.

Very nice place for adults and kids fun for men or women nice cars, cars little used but still got the power on racing track many different cars to choice. I highly recommend a High speed passenger driver Volkswagen if you like speed this is for you don't forget to take a extra lap 😁 is worth it highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience, my son loved it and now he is asking me to buy him an Aston Martin lol
