Tockwith Karting Yorkshire

Great day for those who are driving but the wait for the drive is lengthy. Wasn't organised very well as no one seemed to know what the other person was doing. People were being called up several times when they had already been called up and told to stand behind the seats with Thier car names on. In the small print there's extra to pay on the day for insurance £29., and it's £50 for the SD card recording of Your driving experience. That was a lengthy wait as 6 of the 9 people who was supposed to be working were stood chatting to each other. for those who aren't driving there's seating on the two stationary busses (if You can get past the door hogs) it's not disability friendly. The outdoor foldaway seats are for paying customers so bring your own, there are portaloos because the cafe owner at the go cart WILL NOT allow anyone to use theirs but again NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY!!!. . The cafe is CASH ONLY with no exceptions so take plenty. It's clean and there is a disability ramp. It's a bit of a walk on slightly uneven ground from the carpark to the drive experience tent so sensible shoes is advisable for everyone, but not advisable for those who struggle to walk or stand for periods of time.

Friendly staff and most importantly very safety aware.

This is a great day and I couldn't fault my instructor. However if you buy the photos and video make sure you get the full recording my last lap was missing. You can add laps for £10 a lap also

OK so all im saying is that the more prepared you are, the better time you will have. Bring a camping chair. Come early. If its sunny bring sun cream and an umbrella as its open and shade is at a premium. Bring water and cash. If you do these things you will have an awesome day. Quality company. V well run. V safety conscious but also probably as much fun you can have with your clothes on 😀 Every single person driving had the biggest smiles. Would thoroughly recommend. You can drive some cars without a licence and I saw a kid about 11 driving a mcclaren

Car Chase Heroes at Tockwith, 3rd time I've been down and had a brilliant time on each occasion. Thanks to the Corona hoax on this visit it was a lot quieter so I was able to get out on the track almost to myself and plenty of options to add more cars to my initial booking! Arrived on site straight into the registration tent, bit flirt with the gorgeous girls handling the registration and off to the drivers waiting area. As it was quieter than normal I was in and out of the cars with hardly any waiting. My 5 rides of the day; batmobile, general Lee, McLaren, Aston Martin DB9 & GTR.
