Brilliant place to visit, either to join and use the library on site, or to get a coffee and food in the tea room. Great exhibitions and lots of talks on Saturdays!

I love this place. I just wonder if it's becoming more of a cafe and centre though than a library. I've travelled from a great distant to try and access the library itself but there aren't many volunteers to go upstairs and watch the library whilst I access it. It's a shame as I come for the books so I do hope at some point there will be people available. It's a fantastic resource for people interested in folklore but feels somewhat inaccessible.

Very quirky place. Lovely food and coffee! Not a huge variety of food but what I had was delicious. I had a soup which was filling and tasty and the bread was fresh (it seemed home-made) with butter. Plenty of toilets. No parking as on a main road, but you can park either in LiDL car park or B & M, both are diagonally opposite. I didn't actually look properly around, I was meeting a friend in the café section, but from the entrance alone it looked interesting. There were book cases full of second hand books there. It's a great place to spend a couple of hours or half a day, reading and getting inspired by the weird and wonderful.

Had such a lovely time visiting the centre. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very interesting to chat to! Their library is amazing and although I only had a hot chocolate the food from the cafe smelt amazing. I'll definitely be going back

Amazing place. For anyone who needs a good library, a fantastic vegan cafe and some amazing art I'd highly recommend the Todmorden Folklore Centre.
