A review of a laser tag booking - for son's birthday. Although the kids had fun running around with the laser guns, sadly this is the only positive feedback i can give, for the following reasons: 1. We were informed more than twice that we could access the party at 10:30am to set up decorations etc. We arrived promptly, and had to wait until 10:45 outside the venue, with the party due to start at 11am. If it was 8-9am I would have more sympathy, but 10:30 is a more than reasonable time to be at the venue and ready to host. 2. Although it was due to atrat at 11am - with 20 mins x 3 laser sessions, it didn't actually begin until 11:20, which was 20 minutes late, then it was unclear as to the plan/organisation of the 1 hour 30 minutes we had paid for. 3. One of the laser guns was not charged. This was really poor. It meant one of the boys couldn't be involved in the party.The host came across as not seeing this as too big an issue, and suggested 2 of the boys share. Which entirely defeats the point of the party. 4. The food was inadequate. 3 medium sized pizzas and one medium sized bowl of chips for 10 boys. I sent the above on an email, with the hope of having some response and possibly recognition about how disappointing this must have been for my 7 year old son. I have waited for over 1 week and have had nothing. Hence the unfortunate review. This may have been just bad luck for us, and typically it might be much better. Hopefully the above will enable parents to check on the above points - particularly if the guns are working prior to the party.
Being a grumpy grandad I wasnt really looking forward to my visit but what a place, the service was fantastic, the staff was very helpful and the play area for the children was magnificent
Excellent facilities for play and children���s party. However in the middle of winter no heating was on deliberately to save money at the cost of very cold parents. Not great.
My grandkids had the best time Highley recommended
