Absolutely shocking experience. Avoid at all costs. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I paid £276 for this course and received no real support, no guidance, and no clear instructions. The tutor, Zoe, was completely useless — all I got were automated, generic copy-and-paste messages. No teaching, no help, nothing. The online platform is confusing, badly designed, and unclear. They claim they sent me passwords and access details, but nothing was explained properly, and I did not use the platform at all. Their own system shows zero progress and zero activity. They are only quick to take your money but show no interest in helping someone who is struggling to navigate their awful system. If you need help, guidance, or even basic support, don’t expect it here. Despite all this, they are refusing to refund my money and have insultingly offered £40 back out of £276. That is unacceptable. Charging for a service that was never used or delivered feels like a blatant money grab. To make things worse, Zafar Khan promised to email me to resolve this complaint and never did. I had to chase repeatedly, only for my complaint to be dismissed without being properly addressed. DO NOT ENROL WITH THIS PROVIDER. If you value your money, stay well clear. I am now escalating this through Citizens Advice, Trading Standards.

Just on the verge of completing my second access diploma with the distance learning centre. (Diplomas expire after five years). I went back as its what I knew. I made the right choice. There is plenty of support from the tutors, they are patient and kind. Distance learning will always feel challenging, But the teaching was there and available on both of my courses (approximately 10 years apart). Some others I knew who studied with other providers either got no help or a cold shoulder. I studied Psychology/Humanities Then Science and found quality in the teaching was across the board.

I absolutely loved studying with distance leaning centre. All materials and work assessments were easy to follow, which made the learning stress-free and enjoyable. The support from all the tutors was great and I always felt like help was available when I needed it. Thank you distance learning centre for the qualifications and support. I’m now in university. I would 100% recommend distance learning centre to anyone who is looking to get back into education.

My codes are not working, preventing me opening work to submit , they have my compe,tion date utterly wrong, calls to my tutor been utterly unhelpful like drawing blood out a stone. Told by phone line woman that is always abrupt she only deals with enrolment, when I could not use my hands for weakness several weeks ago she told me to email support team for time out , (unable use hands for weakness by health means I could not email!!) today she said I was lucky she was giving me the complaint email for my rudeness. My rudeness and she has a duty to provide a complaints email address.my email this morning to complain went ignored. I will not say sorry that 45 minutes to find codes in my emails to open work on the platform, where codes do not even work, is unacceptable, I am bedbound ,mextrenly weak and exhausted , a lot going on health and personally, I have never had encouragement to keep progressing and working forward in life,myet I do that, and they make it impossible, no support , codes is a down right faff, and time consuming nonsense, then no reply when don't work, that 45 minutes this morning I could have done so much with that time. Ow no I've had enough they can stick their complaint I wipe them out my life. Seriously I've had enough .I toss them out , good riddance .

It is an excellent option for adults who do not follow the pattern way. Serious company, reliable, organised, great tutors. I'm doing Access to HE after many years since I left College, and I don't have any complaints.
