Really lovely restaurant, newly opened. We had bruschetta and calamari to start and carbonara and spaghetti bolognese for main along with the ‘Aspen chips’ (truffle & Parmesan). We also shared a bottle of Pinot Grigio. The food and wine were all delicious. Staff are friendly and service is quick. The restaurant itself is lovely, it’s modern and cosy and has music playing quietly in the background. Would definitely recommend!
Such a nice place. They managed to fit us all in and the service was just as good as the food which was exceptional. Genuinely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I reckon I’m up the 1,000’s haha. Wine recommendation was excellent too. Would certainly recommend and will certainly be going back. Unreal gaff.
Superb sunday roast! The cauli cheese was absolutely divine. Always have a lovely time at Frederick’s - the staff are so attentive! Usually pop in for pizza / pasta, was nice to try the roast. Will be back soon. Thanks Frederick’s.
I’ve eaten here twice now , first for my daughters 16th with family and friends. The food and cocktails were lush and the service was on point. The second time was in the private dining area , and I had the Roast. Yum! The evening was really special . Thank you to all.
I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for some time. We were not disappointed. Went with our friends tonight. Had amazing food that tasted so good. We had pizza and some sides. The flavours in the pizzas were remarkable and the sides particularly the crispy tots were delicious. We used to eat here when it was Site but Will has a new way of presenting old favourites and a larger menu. Can’t wait to go back.
