Another disappointing lunch at this cafe. My soup was luke warm and had to be returned for reheating. The scones were hard and stale but were quickly replaced by 'freshly baked ones' ??. Thankfully my husband's mushroom soup was delicious, much like Heinz soup, which he likes!! The garden centre is fantastic, lovely displays and healtjy looking plants.

Absolutely awful, staff didn't get the drinks right. I've ended up quite I'll from the food. Constant vomiting and coming out the other side. How hard is it too cook a burger. We ordered a beef burger, it was some mystery meat surprise, totally in edible and looked orange. The burger was black, the fries was okay and the onion rings were disappointing quite soggy. The garden centre is lovely but the cafe should stick to making sandwiches, they might get away with it with all the older generations eating there and having limited taste buds, but if your taste buds work and you value your stomach health avoid at all cost.

We enjoyed the afternoon tea immensely. There was a splendid range of sandwiches with soft, delicious bread, as well as quiche, salad and we were offered dressings of our choice. The scones were delicious and we had to take home the cakes as the meal beat us! Warm, friendly service from a dedicated team. Highly recommended.

Food and coffee were alright, nothing amazing. We waited around 45 minutes thinking they were just busy, only to find out our order hadn’t even gone through. When the food finally showed up, it was overcooked and not exactly what we ordered. We had our 14-week-old puppy with us, and since we didn’t plan to be in there that long, he was ready for the loo. There’s nowhere in the space for pups to go, so we were crossing our fingers the whole time. Lucky for us, he held it… right until we got outside—then peed right at the exit as soon as he was out of the trolly 😂

Took my mum and nan to the tea room for tea and cake and we had such a lovely time! The food was delicious, and Erin’s customer service was fab, she was so friendly and made us feel really welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back x
