My first visit today to Ruth, an hour in the infrared sauna which is in the most idyllic private garden followed by a neck/shoulder/back massage. Ruth put me completely at ease and was so lovely. She told me all the benefits of the sauna, I had the option to do a cold plunge as well if I wanted, but I chose not to on this occasion. Ruth was so kind to me and has definitely made me want to return.
I was made to feel welcome and relaxed by Ruth from the moment I walked into NU-U Lab. She showed me round and explained what my treatments entailed. The space is lovely and Ruth herself is super friendly and knowledgeable about what she does! I would definitely return and recommend to others.
Ruth is so knowledgeable of her trade and was able to provide such excellent care for my tattoo laser removal. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from our first appointment and completely at ease for my treatment. I will always come to her for any future treatments I need xx

Highly recommend. The secret garden and sauna / cold plunge feels like an oasis in the centre of town. Ruth explained all the benefits of infrared sauna combined with cold plunge, she is knowledgable and friendly. We followed our sauna / cold plunge experience with a treatment each (facial for my wife, massage for me). Both fabulous…. We floated out of there.
