Dalesway estate agency

Currently in the process of buying with Chloe at Dalesway North. Since Chloe showed us around on the first viewing, I have been so impressed. She had such good knowledge of the property, including things like knowing how much bills were and where the wifi signal was best for working from home. She is friendly and approachable and does not rush you for the viewing. During the buying process so far, communication has been excellent with Chloe regularly sending updates via text and phone calls, chasing solicitors and others in the chain. Would definitely recommend!

In my experience, this agency is highly reactive and lacks the professional boundaries expected. Despite claims of 30 years of experience, the service did not reflect that level of expertise. I found their Rightmove strategy inconsistent across their listings, and most concerningly, they attempted to charge fees that were not clearly stated in the terms and conditions provided to me. I would advise others to check the fine print carefully and consider more established options

As my estate agent at Dalesway I have given Chloe five stars - she went over and above her role. As a woman on her own buying a home was daunting and Chloe helped with explaining documents etc. She kept me in touch regarding the buying process and liaised with my solicitor and the buyers estate agent when needed. Chloe always had time to answer my phone calls or ring me back as soon as possible. I felt she was the go to person in the whole process who I could trust not to fob me off with misleading information.

Chloe was a great support during the sales process, I would highly recommend her. She brought her expertise to the process and kept me in the loop during challenges along the way. It really helped that Chloe was available at the end of the phone on those occasions a conversation was needed and that is not easy to come by! Thank you very much ⭐️
