We’ve sold two properties this year, very similar in size and area, completely different in condition. When Jonathon came to see the first property he gave us great advice about our options, the market and the types of buyers that were looking at that time. We quickly sold the house at auction and were very happy with the outcome. The second property was, with Jonathon’s insight, marketed in a more traditional way and the sales team in the Tod branch, particularly Debbie and Sienna, were able to find several interested parties. Excellent service from the start until completion. The market has been up and down. But the team at face to face kept in regular contact throughout. We had to request having our property taken off the market early due to an unforeseen family health situation. Face 2 Face were very understanding and got things sorted very quickly with minimum effort. From start to finish they have been excellent. As and when we wish to sell again we will be returning to them for sure. Highly recommended!!
