My mum had prepaid her funeral with Warburton’s Funeral Service, Todmorden. From the moment I contacted them I was so pleased with the way we were dealt with. Peter spent a lot of time with us explaining everything and helping us through the arrangements and the practical things we needed to do. Michelle and Suzanne both took my calls and were so helpful and sympathetic. The funeral home is warm and welcoming and we were made to feel welcome and unhurried each time we visited and on the day of the funeral. Warburton’s staff made bearable a very sad day and really helped us get through my mum’s funeral. Whilst being very professional they are also warm and caring. Thank you so much.

Warburton’s were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble - everything was handled with kindness, respect and efficiency. The care and attention to detail were exceptional, and every aspect was managed with great sensitivity and thoughtfulness. We were given all the time we needed on the day of the funeral, and the advice we received throughout was both practical and reassuring. Everyone we met - Peter, Michelle, Suzanne and Felicity - was so friendly and supportive. Their calm presence helped make a very tough time feel more manageable. With their help, we were able to make our farewell very personal and meaningful. On behalf of my family, I want to thank them all for the compassion and professionalism they showed us. The service we received was a real example of thoughtful, person-centred care - efficient, sensitive, and deeply respectful. We’re so grateful.

As a family we were very impressed with the way Peter Kelly dealt with things, from the initial meeting when his genuineness and concern, shone through as we arranged the funeral to the part he and his team played in making sure everything went like clockwork on the day.

I can not fault anyone at warburtons. From Michelle Susan and Peter. They treated me with the greatest of respect. They took care of my late husband to the highest standards.I seriously appreciate everything you doxxx

The whole family would like to thank the team at Warburtons for their wonderful support since the death of my sister. The gentle support that we have received, helping us through the process of arranging the perfect service, right through to quiet encouragement on the day, has made the whole thing bearable and manageable. They helped us achieve exactly what we wanted, to be totally fitting for my sister and for our family and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough.
