Jet wash stopped working mid wash (foam brush would not work after initial cold jet). Went inside to complain and was accompanying outside by attendant. Said it was user error but wouldn’t work for him too (button wouldn’t light up & no foam on brush, just a trickle of water). Asked for refund or free go on other jet wash -no chance he said. Customer service none existent - all my fault his machine wasn’t working. If they can’t get this to work what else is broke or are they cutting corners on. Won’t go there again. Basic business model….no customers, no business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

hi i think the guy who served me his name is rakesh he is very nice but he talk very lot he do business and serving the guys less when we ask for something he keep on talk about something about his childhood problems but he is very nice guy but he feel over exite

Why can I not fill up my car !! I have a range rover and v power diesel comes to around £140.00 per tank. On my last visit ( Mon 24th June) the pump switched off at under £75.00. I was told that this was 'company policy' ????
