Staff here are so friendly and helpful. It never feels rushed or stressful. Sometimes there is a queue of course, but staff always give quality time to all customers in my experience. And always great advice from Lorna on Boots products and deals on makeup too :)

Good customer service, staff are always happy to help just a shame they always look so stressed. To me it looks like it might be because never enough staff working to cope with the amount of customers they have but it doesn't help when some customers are so ignorant and bad mannered towards them.

This pharmacy is the best I have been in and the staff are awesome, very busy pharmacy but always time for that personal touch. I give this Boots pharmacy five stars because they deserve nothing less, if ten stars were available, ten I would give them. Speacial thanks to Sarah, Karen and all the team 🤗

Great service pharmacist very helpful even though she is very busy. Never refused help when requested. All staff friendly even under pressure well done all!!!
