Took the stress out of my house move. Great communication and assistance prior to the move. The lads were brilliant, hardworking, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended 👌
From start to finish James has been a delight to deal with. He’s made clearing a property a breeze- a tough job when it’s been lived in for over 50 years. He was recommended to me by the local estate agents. He’s communicated brilliantly, as I live miles from the house, sent photos to show work completed and returned the keys to the estate agents He’s made a tough time much easier and was very quick and efficient. Jaystar logistics recently helped us pack and move my mum from her house to a retirement apartment. James and his team, Ava (who was a packing queen), Wayne and Sean were brilliant. They came and packed my mums belongings carefully and respectfully. I was not organised at all, and was not in the best state as my mum is very ill in hospital currently. Not only did they pack everything, including a lot of bone china, but Sean and Wayne also helped us make decisions about how to arrange furniture at my mums new apartment, and helped place everything and unpack most of it too. I don't think that the team realised how much they helped me at such a difficult time. They were all really nice people and I will definitely book them again for our own imminent house move. I was extremely pleased with their work and recommend them wholeheartedly.
Feel ripped off by owner James. Transporting a sofa 50 miles away and bringing a sofabed back home, I was quoted £250 and had to pay a £50 deposit. Shaun on the day was excellent and I gave him £50 for dismantling / rebuilding the sofabed which took less than half an hour. I paid the £250 cash on the day forgetting I'd previously paid a deposit online. When I asked for the £50 deposit back James refused. It spoilt what had been a positive experience on the day with Shaun and I've ended up paying £350 for a £250 job.
Fantastic service - Kept in touch and discussed what I needed. Arrived when they said and did the job quickly and effectively (clearing out a small shed) - Worth every penny and highly recommended
