Just received my beautiful little items in a very well packaged safe sturdy box which I could track and it was fast delivery. Beautifully wrapped and then each item was wrapped like a little present it was wonderful! The items are absolutely gorgeous really different gifts ( to myself!) and I will definitely be buying more from this sweet place.
A beautiful chocolate shop of a gallery. Friendly staff and a gorgeous, full array of gifts and cards. They were inbetween exhibitions when I went but the quality of artwork coming in looked fantastic. Will definitely be going again.
Excellent service, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The gallery was surprisingly extensive, lots of good gifts of all prices. Ordered online later and the delivery was fast and the delicate item was well packed ! Perfect
Poor customer service, incredibly rude telephone manner. Placed an order and paid for Royal mail special delivery. Had no correspondence from the gallery following purchase and when I phoned to enquire, the member of staff stated well I don't even know who you are! She then stated deliveries made after 2pm on a Friday, aren't collected until the following working day (Monday) and I should have read that on the website. After going through the website, I couldn't find this information but she reiterated twice that I had not looked properly and the mistake was mine. I used the Web chat to enquire about the delivery times of royal mail special delivery and had been informed it was Saturday and Sunday 9am and 1pm, to this information she just said oh well. After giving my details for a refund, she just hung up. Very poor service.
A lovely gallery with ever changing exhibitions. Some affordable original art too. If you are searching for a unique present or beautiful card it's also the place to go.
