Absolutely disgraceful facility. Set off this morning and realised I’d forgotten my child’s armbands so phoned and asked if there was any to rent or use, after three attempts at calling a rude young lad told me no, definitely nothing to rent or use, had to buy. After us arriving and my child saying he’d try without them we were in the pool and another lady was asking to borrow some. A very nice young girl said certainly and showed the big reserve of armbands to borrow! Went into the accessible toilets as the changing rooms are so small. There was faeces all over the chair, smeared up the back and seat. Also on the floor. Told to take our shoes off but staff walking Throughout with their outside shoes throughout. Chunks of hair, dirt and urine all over the floor. Disgusting.

This was a terrible experience. Changing room was filthy with stained walls and corners of the floor which were disgusting and full of dirt that have clearly not been cleaned. Women's toilet,sinks and shower taps were so dirty I went home to shower. I complained to a lovely young woman who said she couldn't say why it was in this state. She agreed to clean areas I showed her right away. However I should not have to complain. The cleaning standard is way below parr. I am very disappointed as this is my first visit here in years

Unfortunately NOT a good review! Just been with my 2 young kids today. 13/02/24. Firstly, the price is shockingly high. Cost me nearly £17 for 1 adult and 2 young children!!!! Changing rooms are very narrow, no family changing rooms so wasn't a nice experience trying to change myself and the kids! And the water is far too cold! Had to get the kids out after 30minutes as both were blue and shivering. Will not be taking them there again!
