Tunstall Road Farm

Brilliant stay at the farmhouse. The house was very clean and a lot bigger than the photos. The welcome hamper was very thoughtful and Megan was on hand when we needed a top up for the hot tub. So many utilities the kitchen has everything you can think of. Overall a brilliant stay :) loved seeing the cows and chickens on a morning. I’m hoping to get booked up in February for another stay. Only feedback would be maybe some signal boosters as the signal ain’t great and the outdoor chairs aren’t the most stable. Would definitely recommend

We had a fantastic time last month at Tunstall Road Farm, a wonderful destination with easy access too many attractions in Yorkshire. We treated ourselves to a private chef for the evening, using meat from Tunstall Meat Company - Fresh from the Farm! Everyone had a fantastic time and is looking forward to returning. The farm is also perfect for dogs, offering large, spacious rooms with beautiful views of the fields. The beds are comfortable, and it's a cosy place to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous farm stay. The cottages are extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The views are stunning and there are lots of lovely walks to do locally for all ages and abilities. The welcome pack of fresh meat, dairy and jam was delicious! We travelled with children aged 10 months - 6 years and they loved seeing the animals and exploring the farm.

We had a fantastic stay on Tunstall farm - we were 4 families with 9 kids in total, split between 3 houses. The area around the farm is beautiful, and the fact it's a working farm, with sheep, pigs, cows, chickens and tractors made it super exciting for the kids. The houses are really well kitted out with everything you could need, even for huge groups like us, and all the appliances and fittings are really high quality. The welcome gifts were such a nice touch too, including sausages from the farm itself. Highly recommend this as a great base to explore beautiful Yorkshire.

The perfect family getaway. We rented all 3 houses for 4 families and we were all really impressed (including all 9 children).The quality of the build is fantastic and they are all extremely clean and well furnished. Fast responses from the manager and they are close to loads to do to explore the beautiful area. The fact it is on a working farm with animals makes it really interesting for the kids. Highly recommend.
