the only professional part of attending the court hearing was entering the court and being greeted by security. Judge had no clue of the case, no knowledge of how law works for separated parents forks. As I wasn't represented, solicitors of other site could say and write whatever they wanted. The judge couldn't care less to look at the facts. Looked like he's made his mind before we even started hearing. Make sure you have loads of money and good solicitors if you're looking for justice in this place. Every time I am in this court I am being treated as nothing more than childminder for my ex partners children. Literally like I am nothing. Very traumatising experience.

Security staff polite kind and helpful rest of the court not so much. Court orders late even when chased up by solicitors. Judge making decisions even though systems was down and admitted he didn't know the case. Appalling and very unprofessional. Families are suffering because the lack of communication/professionalism and treating people like criminals very bias
