the only professional part of attending the court hearing was entering the court and being greeted by security. Judge had no clue of the case, no knowledge of how law works for separated parents forks. As I wasn't represented, solicitors of other site could say and write whatever they wanted. The judge couldn't care less to look at the facts. Looked like he's made his mind before we even started hearing. Make sure you have loads of money and good solicitors if you're looking for justice in this place. Every time I am in this court I am being treated as nothing more than childminder for my ex partners children. Literally like I am nothing. Very traumatising experience.
Thanks for not helping me at all. Pretty much a legal kidnapping of my daughter and they sat and did nothing for a whole year. I'm just glad it cost the Father thousands
I don’t want give anyone good feedback apart from 2 people and that was the security guards!! Them 2 gentlemen need a pay rise as they was so kind and so compassionate in my situation, very very accommodating to my disabled daughter; I wish I’d got there names because they were just genuinely incredible!
Modern building no parking and no safe drop off unless your in a taxi. There is parking directly opposite. The entrance is wheelchair friendly and a lift close by. Security team are polite and helpful, you will have to empty your pockets and walk through arch like in the airports. Should you have any sharp objects they will be taken away also any liquid that is open you will be asked to take a drink to prove it's totally harmless. The building is very clean neat and tidy
Court staff excellent,Magistrate completely out of his depth didn,t allow for the fact that defendant took opportunity to leave the scene of the accident without leaving their details whilst police were taking my details. Not justice in any sense.
