Absolutely great speciality coffee shop, just what Wakefield needs. Such a great atmosphere, staff were all super friendly, the vibe and decor was lovely. Coffee and cakes were all amazing. The iced rhubarb and custard matcha was one of the best things I’ve ever had! Both our cakes were vegan and delicious. Would recommend to anyone

Really beautifully decorated shop and lots of choice but matcha lets them down. We came in on opening day and unfortunately felt really disappointed with both the food and drinks we ordered, including the matcha being quite grainy. We put it down to just being their opening day so gave them a bit of grace obviously understanding they were finding their feet and came back a few weeks later, the coffee and food had significantly improved and was lovely but unfortunately the matcha has been really grainy both times I’ve had it now. The matcha is quite a let down but the coffee and buns are nice, the shop itself is really nicely decorated and there’s lots of choice/options including milk alternatives.

This is absolutely lush. Stylish, warm, and relaxed. I'll definitely be back for writing days and will suggest it for catch-ups with pals. I had an oat milk Cortado which was gorgeous. My sis had a Rhubarb & Custard Matcha. Their plants are gorgeous and I love how they showcase local artists on the walls. A real gem for Wakey!!

I've been to Haus several times now since it opened and it's a fabulous place. The owners and staff are really lovely, infectious people and the layout is wonderful and welcoming. I'm not a plant lover but even I can tell the plants available are well nurtured and really add to an already pleasant atmosphere. Today, I was in and was served by Darcey who was on her own dealing with a lot of customers, she did an amazing job handling everything!, and the delay was minimal. Having said that, it was concerning that she was left alone during a busy period making drinks and food by herself. The food is really appetising and well-made, and the cappuccino's I had really hit the spot. I wish there were more food options available and larger cups (I'm greedy 🤣)but considering the limited space available, everything is at a very high standard. I'm looking forward to my next visit. 😊

Go. Great relaxing vibe. They have got this place just right. Not surprised to see their award, from this year on display. They should be rightly proud. First time visitor and will be returning, many times I expect. I just loved the peaceful atmosphere, the crockery they use, the plants and painted pots etc (Which can be purchased at very reasonable prices. I picked up some cat grass with a gorgeous quirky pot), the fresh baked breakfast delights and of course, last but not by no means least, the friendly welcome from the wonderful people working hard there. I am looking forward to going back for a lunchtime panini. I could be tempted to one of the delicious looking chocolate delights too. Well done folks. Love it. I cant wait to bring my visitors. Oh and the icing on the cake... dog friendly.
