Vinyl café North hosted a 40th surprise party for us and they were utterly fantastic from start to finish. Jodi, the manager, was incredibly helpful in the planning and organisation up to the party, the event itself was really well managed by them; all of the guests had a fantastic evening. Special mention must go to the chef as food was fantastic with so many of the party guests commented on how delicious it was! If you’re looking for a fantastic place for a private party, I cannot recommend them highly enough. 🥰Massive thanks to the team for such a great night. 🙌 x

Seriously, this place is pure magic — cracking food, brilliant vibes, and staff that make you feel like you’ve stumbled into the happiest café on Earth. ☕🥪✨ Special shoutout to Jodi, who was belting out tunes like Charlotte Church today — I mean, I nearly asked for an encore while trying not to laugh! ����🎤 And Laura and Raf, you two are absolute heroes keeping the whole ship running and making everyone smile. Went for drinks with family. Ordered hot chocolates for the kids and collected when our number was called. Got back to the table to discover the hot chocolates were actually coffees and took them back to the bar. Got rudely told that it was our fault for taking the wrong drinks and seemed to begrudgingly agree to give us the correct drinks. Ten minutes later, we still hadn’t received the replacement drinks and we had to ask again. The younger blond lady was lovely but the older lady on the bar needs some customer service training.

We visited by chance whilst at an event in the adjoining hall, when the cafe was very busy. Despite the rush of the lunchtime crowd, the staff were extremely warm, helpful and friendly. The coffee was fantastic and our two breakfast brioche baps of a generous size. Good value for money all round. I very much recommend this place to others visiting the area. There’s also a handy car park situated nearby & within easy walking distance (app-based payment).

Stunning breakfast and welcoming staff! I was just walking in the area when I stumbled across this hidden gem. The staff are so lovely and warm. The food was fresh and delicious. Coffee is good quality not burned like some other cafes. Really nice brunch spot. Definitely would recommend!
