Awesome place! Love going here with my friend. Nice, warm environment, and the staff are very friendly. 🍣🍴 Sushi is a typical price of around £5+, but they have 'buy one get one free' deals available close to closing time, and you can get leftover food from the Too Good To Go app from here - making it extra sustainable, and for cheaper prices too! Absolutely recommend. Not to mention the proximity to the bus station and other transport.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Little Lotus in Wakefield city centre. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The chicken gyoza was a real standout — perfectly cooked with a lovely crispy base, juicy filling, and just the right balance of seasoning. Easily one of the best gyozas I’ve had in the area. What really impressed me was the variety on the menu. There’s something for everyone, from freshly made dishes to their excellent range of bubble tea, which was refreshing, well-balanced, and made just right. It’s great to see such a diverse selection all under one roof. The quality, presentation, and portion sizes were spot on, and everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for casual dining or a quick bite in the city centre. If you’re in Wakefield and looking for flavourful Asian food with plenty of choice, Little Lotus is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
Got takeaway from this restaurant & it was really yummy! Got the large mixed bento box with chicken & pumpkin katsu with rice. I really like that it comes with veggies & the sauce of the side - it means it’s not mush when it arrives. I also got kimchi this time & from a kimchi addict I can say with authority that it’s a good one! I also love that they do bubble tea! Order arrived quickly & was still relatively warm. Worth a try!
I absolutely love this place! It's really good and I totally recommend it. I've been here 4 times (I've had the strawberry fruit bubble tea with strawberry popping boba, vanilla milk tea, lychee fruit bubble tea with lychee popping boba and the watermelon fruit bubble tea with tapioca) and everytime I've been here the staff are friendly and patient, the atmosphere is lovely and the drinks I've had are always amazing!
best sushi place that i have ever been to i go here nearly every day at break-time from college, everything is perfect and quick every single time, the staff are so nice and lovely, perfect size too not too big, so clean too! my favourite sushi place by far and i’ve been to a lot, the portions are that good for the price that i can even take some salmon home for my cat! btw i have coeliac disease and they are perfect for allergies as everything is on the label :) - Rue
