We booked a table for four at Royal Maison and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The tandoori lamb chops were perfectly cooked — juicy, smoky, and full of flavour — and the murgh masala was rich, comforting, and one of the best we’ve had. Every dish felt carefully prepared and high quality. The service is what really makes Royal Maison stand out. Taj and Ruhel were incredibly easy to approach, genuinely friendly, and took the time to have a proper conversation with us, which made the evening feel relaxed and welcoming rather than rushed. Along with the manager, the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Amazing food, top-class service, and a warm atmosphere — Royal Maison is a must-visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back.
Ate here tonight, didnt have a booking but was seated straight away. The lamb byriani was superb, the rice was so full of meat and the sauce was beautifully flavoured. The naan bread was very good, not stodgy, just well cooked and a good size. Service was impeccable and the serving staff were really very nice and happy to explain about all the lovely dishes on offer. I will definately be back here again.
Great spot for curry in Wakefield. Huge chunks of chicken & lamb in really tasty sauce. Perfect roti and attentive service.
Exceptional curry house Best curry we’ve had in Wakefield in a long long time Ghazala was exceptional at her job and the waiter who I didn’t get his name Honestly don’t miss out on this amazing curry house, They were 12 of us and nothing was too much trouble, gorgeous setting with A/C We all tried separate dishes and not one of the 12 had any complaints and all agreed to how good it is.
We went for some lunch and were so happy we did !! They were very friendly and welcoming they took us too our seats quickly and the atmosphere and decorations were absolutely beautiful :-). There is a set menu and we choose number 3 starters came out quickly and they were nice and hot and well cooked. Each course was beautifully plated and tasted absolutely divine, we were so happy with all our food. We even got dessert to finish it off our experience and we would highly recommend visiting this restaurant and were definitely going again.
