Amazing food and even better service! The food was so flavourful and warmed us up on this freezing Wednesday. Liv was great, so friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell spice packets for any recipe you want to cook at home too, which is a great touch! Will definitely be back - thank you.

Feel really bad leaving a negative review but given we spent £80 on a meal for 2, we would've expected near perfection. Can't fault the service, the young waitress was lovely. The food however, aesthetically looked gorgeous but just completely lacked flavour. The rice was tasteless and I'll be honest, i would place good money on it having been microwave in a bag rice. The naan bread was strange (more like a flatbread) and again pretty bland, the curries we ordered lacked any kind of depth or flavor and tasted like shop bought ready meal curries. The "daddy's famous bhajis" which we were really looking forward to, just didn't wow us. The poppadoms were expensive for the dips they came with, in other high end Indian restaurants we would pay the same but they would come with a whole range of dips, these came with only mango chutney, mint yoghurt and a vinegar dip, a few more choices would've been nice as we don't eat yoghurt and the vinegar was unpleasant. For the price, especially for the curries and their portion size, we would've expected amazing food and given we really couldn't afford to spend £80 on 1 meal this month and were just having a treat, we're pretty gutted we didn't even enjoy it. Lastly, the tables were made of OSB with rough edges and they had been laqured presumably but this made them incredibly sticky and we couldn't rest our arms comfortably on the table as our clothes stuck to them. I was worried the rough edges would snag my delicate top as well.

It was our first visit on Saturday. We don't eat out very often so I can't promise we'll be regulars. However, it was by far the best Indian food we have ever had, so much flavour. The fish curry and prawn momos in particular, were to die for! We absolutely loved the style of the restaurant too, very quirky and interesting.

Nice place, the food was good but looked better than it tasted. The naan bread was doughey and not proper naan bread and the curry was a bit too buttery for us as that’s all you could really taste. The onion baji’s were lovely as were the spicey potatoes. Liv who served us was absolutely lovely and the service we received was excellent. Worth a visit if you fancy a new take on a curry but dont go if you know what you like from a normal curry restaurant as it may not be quite what you’re looking for.
