Delivery time was delayed twice after placing initial order with Just Eat, would have been waiting 2 and a half hours for a pizza and fries...and that's if they didnt delay it again. Cancelled and got a refund. Won't bother ordering again.

Didn't hear door as i live at top floor. Driver then called and complained he has been waiting and was quite abrupt. Had to walk to his car which had the lights off. Not great. Petty bordering on shady. I've had to do this twice now... Order was £12.50 at 00:10, if this accentuates the problem of waiting before you pull a finger out your backside to call me, please don't accept my order! Always get chilli and garlic free and delivery is cheap so perhaps I will order in the future. Regardless, thanks for the service.

Terrible. Ordered 2 Pizzas on Saturday which arrived cold. And the pizza crust was also burnt. Disgusting, we didn’t eat it. And obviously uber refuse to refund us. It was obviously going to arrive cold as it wasn’t even delivered in a foil bag to keep the food warm. Will not order again.

This place makes really tasty burgers. We usually enjoyed the Sizzler Burger but they’ve changed it to include onion rings which are overpowering. When we ordered over the phone I specifically asked three times not to include onion rings and the call handler acknowledged and repeated it back to me. However, they were still on the burgers - there was no note on the receipt to exclude them. So I can’t really blame the branch or chef. Unfortunately, for us to manually remove the onion rings would compromise the flavours as the cheese is melted into it along with the sauces and salad. Overall, it used to be a 5-star takeaway but it’s now a 3-star because I can’t tailor our order to how it used to be. We’ve tried their pizzas a few times but the burgers are generally better.

Ordered from here dec 25. Kebab was okay but the pizza and chips were very poor. Can't say I would recommend to be honest
