Service was appalling today of all days on New Year’s day . One of there workers kept there takeaway open to early hours on just eat and so I ordered but it was closed as this was explained when I rang back that night by the manager, so I was already not happy as I waited hours for my food. The manager said he would give me my £30 back on an order if I redid it and than expected me to pay £15 for a pizza because it wasn’t on the original order even tho they owed me £30 for an order which I never received and was never made, I would off happily paid the £4 difference as my new order come just over. I was not happy that they started getting very funny with me on the phone about it as I am 30 weeks pregnant and don���t need the stress! Never sent my order and expected me to go pick it up because they have no delivery drivers even tho it’s on just eat for delivery!!! And the man was very rude and was swearing at my partner on the phone. Utterly appalling and never going again. Disgusted

What a set of filthy food retailers . Ordered Donner meat with salad . Food Came with no salad so took back to ask for salad and the scrubber just put his hands in a bowl without washing them first or using a utensil to prevent cross contamination and just threw it on top of Donner meat this was after I had witnessed him serve several customers after me while waiting for my order taking money and shaking hands with other people and at one point pick he picked something up off floor behind counter to throw in bin and didn’t wash his hands after and carried on serving .what a dirty unhygienic take away. No regard at all or respect for food hygiene and food handling procedures when I questioned his hygiene behaviour and requested fresh food they refused or even attempted to apologised or acknowledge what he had just done.They have got young kids serving and handling food with obviously no hygiene experience or Training in handling food. Not working to Food hygiene standards at all. I ended up throwing the food in bin in front of him. if they can’t get the basic food hygiene rules right what the hell is going on behind in food storage and food handling and even cooking it . Never walk in place again and advise to give it a wide berth unless you want to fall ill 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I have ordered vegetarian pizza and it was bad in taste, vegetables was raw. I will never go back there 0 taste👎🏻

Ordered online. Food was appalling. Pizza order was wrong and told me they’d refund it. Heard nothing so rang the next day to be called a liar and that 5 people had checked my order (strange that 5 people would check my order before delivery but hey ho). Avoid at all costs, quite possibly the worst takeaway in Wakefield.

Ordered food, got the order wrong to start with. Got 1 item right out of the full order. Took all food back to replace with correct food after admitting their mistake. Got home to Barnsley and still incorrect food, meaning 1 of us went without. Won't be going back.
