I visited just before Christmas. Loved the potato and everything on it. The chilli was addictive and just the right amount of spicy- so good. I just wish there was more of it. The staff were giving only one scoop of the hot toppings for everyone whereas on all social media videos it’s always one and a half. It may have changed now as I visited a couple of weeks ago but I think it would make a huge difference if it matched the videos. Staff were lovely otherwise and clearly work so hard as it’s so popular. Will definitely be back.
they take 10 mins to serve on customer. queue goes through entire shop. if ur here on ur lunch break dont bother. i queues for 30 mins and gave up as only 2 customers were served and there was at least 20+ ppl ahead of me with more joining behind. Prices are extortionate for a jacket potato??

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at your establishment. The worker present was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. The Garlic Chilli Chicken order was missing some ingredients that are normally included. Despite this, we were charged extra for cheese, which was part of the Spud. Additionally, when we requested to pay separately, the worker responded with inappropriate language, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment. This behaviour fell well below acceptable standards of customer service. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
Absolutely unreal food! The portions are massive, the potatoes are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are packed with flavour. Everything tastes fresh and made with care, and the combinations are next level. The staff are friendly and the vibe is great too. Hands down one of the best comfort food spots around — I’ll 100% be back every chance I can get
