Ordered through Just-Eat so ignore the rating for "Atmosphere". Delivery was very quick. Delivery driver very polite. Egg Foo Young was nice. Salt and Pepper Chicken was genuinely bad. Extremely dry. The chicken was just as tough as the batter. The Salt and Pepper chips were okay, a bit soggy.
I ordered online. It was 35 mins late.. .I only live 5 mins away. I got s/p chips special curry and spring rolls... the chips had been cooked and recooked. The onions in the curry were raw ..not much flavour .. I was very dissapointed.. its the first time ordering and probably the last time too.
Don't know why people are so rude with their reviews, I found this Chinese by chance as my normal takeaway wasn't open, I have never looked back. Been coming here months now always hot and the food is tasty, some times late on delivery but traffic etc can't be helped. Keep doing what your doing taste of China. Some people have nothing better to do than moan. I highly recommend this Chinese 👌 please try and experience for yourselves.
Been using ToC for a few years and it has consistently been our favourite Chinese in Wakefield. My parents loved it too... Having them like something, and agree on it, shows how good it must be!
Absolutely awful. Never never again. Hour and half waiting time said when ordered 55 minutes. Rang up to see where order was. Basically answer was don't know don't care. You just have to wait. Not worth the hassle after a day at work beans on toast would av done same job. AVOID. TERRIBLE SERVICE
