Absolutely shocking service, ordered food to a hotel, with a detailed description to ring at reception. Which any normal delivery driver would do, food was over an hour. Rung the restaurant. Rude. Arrogant, awful service, told the delivery driver had been to deliver our food, didn’t ring nothing, was only told when rung, that the driver had been. Who in the right mind would deliver to a hotel and sit there. Instructions was ring when at reception. Simple??? Spoke to like shit saying should charge us double. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had and experienced in my life I live on takways…. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ID ADVISE TO STARVE TO DEATH THAN ORDER FROM HERE…… please don’t waste your money and time… never write reviews but this takeaway is absolutely disgraceful. So had to. Go else where honestly
Been going here as long as it's been open new years eve 2025 went again at 6 pm so not busy .food was crap kebab was cold .very disappointed may need to find somewhere else .2nd time left a shit review definitely not using again food was cold and I picked it up what a shame also no reply over review by owners feel like crap today poor

I called for the collection but unfortunately I couldn't understand what the person was speaking. The person hung up the phone without even letting me finish ordering. Before hanging the phone I could hear him swear at me in Hindi language. Later on I called again and spoke to them in Hindi language then that person handed over the phone to someone else. I gave this 2 start because this second person was at least polite when he spoke to me. I didn't felt welcoming here at all. I lived 4 mins drive away from your doors and I order pizza every 4-5 days a week and you just lost this customer even without letting him try your foods.
