This car park is a trap, plain and simple. Despite paying for parking, I still received a fine because I supposedly didn’t cover my entire stay—an easy mistake to make given how unclear their system is. This isn’t about fairness; it’s a money-making scam. The signs may technically be there, but they’re designed to trip people up rather than inform. I urge everyone to avoid this car park entirely. Businesses and the public should boycott it, and the council needs to step in and shut it down. Places like this exist solely to exploit honest drivers, and enough is enough
DO NOT PARK in this place! after you paid expensive parking you will receive parking fine. even -1 star not deserve. it was a trap, machine not working, online paying complicated, phone paying where they will get a chance to scam. asking £100 fine after 2 weeks
SCAM, Paid for parking went back 15min early before time was up to buy another ticket got fined then recived letter few month after threatening with Ccj stay clear do no park
Paid for parking with cash and then received a parking charge of £100 two weeks later. Absolute joke and a scam. Don't park!
