Big bus station but with a lot of issues. Toilets are pay to use (which is sad) and there are quite a lot of hoodlums surrounding the place. Equally, the bus services are quite limited. I enter bus 118 towards Coca-Cola and it is limited till 18:10. I come all the way from Leeds to catch that bus. If I miss it, I trek from Ledger Lane to Coca-Cola. That is about 30 mins and I am always exhausted from it. It's just a decent bus station at best.

The toilets are beyond the ticket barrier so if you need to go then make sure you go before passing through or you won't be able to get back in to use them without a new ticket.
